It is the responsibility of the LPN to take care of the patient at any kind of health care institute, under the management of health care professional or an RN. They main duties of a LPN are to take blood pressure, clean wounds and bandage them, change dressings, keep an eye on patient’s condition and see the medicine is being given on proper time.
The duties and responsibilities of an RN are greater. They develop patient care plan and also manage a team of LPNs.
